Quality Policy

This Quality Policy is a written statement of the SEA – Chomutov, s.r.o., top management, that hereby agrees to implement it and continuously develop resources for its implementation.

All our activities comply with legal and other requirements.

Relation to Customers

• Customer satisfaction is one of our primary goals.
• We provide a high level of quality by mastering the technology of desired solution and its implementation by qualified experts.
• We make efforts to implement customer requirements in the desired scale, deadline and mutually beneficial conditions.
• We create suitable conditions for the permanent favor of our customers and for increasing the goodwill of the company.

Relation to Employees

• Each of our employees knows his responsibility and role in the Quality Management System.
• High quality and responsible work of each employee is a guarantee of success. Employees are through comprehensive initial training, continuous training and management support the key drivers of our company performance.

Relation to Suppliers

• When selecting suppliers we evaluate their approach to ensuring the quality.
• Our long-term goal is to have a reliable and high-quality supplier.

Continual Improvement

• Quality Management System is used for continuous process of improvement of quality performance of our products and activities.
• Quality Management System is periodically reviewed and evaluated. New objectives, targets and programs are established as the result of this process.
• Improving the quality is understood as a continuous and systematic process.

Occupational Health and Safety and Environment Policy

This Occupational Health and Safety and Environment Policy is a written statement of the SEA – Chomutov, s.r.o., top management, that hereby agrees to implement it and continuously develop resources for its implementation.

All our activities comply with legal and other requirements in the field of occupational health and safety and environment.

Each of our employees knows his responsibility and role in the occupational health and safety management system and environment management system.

When selecting suppliers we evaluate their approach to ensuring occupational health and safety and protection of the environment.

Relation to Occupational Health and Safety

• We prevent occurrence of occupational accidents, incidents, hazards and emergency situations by:
  • Constantly searching for the possibility of their occurrence.
  • Ensuring suitable working environment in the company.
  • Equipping our employees the necessary personal protective equipment.
  • Using technical equipment only in perfect condition.
• We constantly monitor the identified risks and do risk assessment. Actions to reduce or eliminate risks are periodically reviewed.
• We continually increase the awareness of all employees about safety by appropriate training and communication.

Relation to Environment

• Prevention of pollution of the environment by reducing waste production.
• We use friendly materials and technologies for the environment.
• An important long term objective is to minimize accidents and their impact to the environment.
• We aim to reduce energy and material consumption of our operations.
• We continually increase the awareness of all employees in environmental matters.
